Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our laundry pickup and delivery service Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., and pickups only on Friday mornings.
We offer three different options for our service. If you would like regular service, it is $1.99/lb. If you only want to use our service from time to time it is $2.09/lb. Or if you want your clothes washed and dried, and leave the folding to you it is $1.89/lb.
We have a minimum order of $45.
It is simple. Click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It is quick and simple.
Your clean laundry will be returned to you in 24-48 hours. (Friday pickups won't be returned until Monday or Tuesday)
You do not need to be home to use our service. When you place your order, please note in the Driver's Notes section where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to look for it.
There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any special laundry instructions. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
There is not. You can cancel at any time, but we know you will stay with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is complete.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be pulled shut.
You can always go into your account and suspend service until you return.
